Ready assembled modules from commercial production.
Crystal controlled frequency, controlled by a PIC synthesizer, the usual repeater and simplex frequencies are already stored in the PIC (13cm: 4 frequencies, 23cm: 8 frequencies). Frequency is selected by DIP switches. With the possibility to use several channels a full duplex ATV connection becomes possible. With existing amplifiers and receive amplifiers the modules can be extended to a full TV rig. With their small size these modules can be integrated in remote controlled vehicles like cars, boats etc. Cinch connectors for AF and video, SMA connector for antenna, coaxial DC connector.

TX power 20mW (13cm) or 50mW (23cm) to SMA connector, video level can be adjusted with pot on the PCB. Sound carrier (stereo) can be set to any shift from 5.3 to 7MHz (default 6.0/6.5 MHz). The HF module can be placed vertically, reducing the largest size from 125mm to 75mm.

The output level (video) can be adjusted with a potentiometer, 4 LEDs show selected channel, one push button to start channel scan, stereo sound with 6.0 / 6.5 MHz sub carriers (can be modified to 5.5 MHz). Inverse video signal available on PCB.
For use with our ATV modules, replaces the original PIC controller and enables frequency selection in 125kHz steps with Up/Down buttons. The selected frequencies of the transmitter and the receiver are displayed on the LCD simultaneously (the picture shows the old version with only one line).
You can connect each one transmitter and one receiver at the same time. The frequency can be entered for TX and RX separately, even on different bands enabling crossband operation.

13cm : 2320 MHz - 2450 MHz
23cm : 1240 MHz - 1300 MHz
The selected frequencies are stored permanently. The connection to the modules is done with a flat ribbon cable connecting to the socket of the original PIC. Just unplug the PIC of teh module and replace it with the connector from the controller. No soldering required, no separate power supply for the controller required.

1 Watt amplifier for 2300 to 2500 MHz, for ATV modules or other FM applications. Comes in solid aluminum case with SMA connectors, ready to use. The amp has approx. 27dB gain. With a driving power of about 10 to 20mW from the ATV modules a gain reserve of about 10dB is avilable, best used to compensate for cable losses. Install amp as close to antenna as possible. Power requirements 9-16V DC @600mA. Supply is over a 6pin Mini-DIN, plug included.
