Technical description 450Y-8RE
Yagi antennas are the most common form of directional antennas. They are robust and easy to set up, offer a good bandwidth with good gain at the same time. This antenna is equipped with an N jack on a short cable and is mounted at the end ("in front" of the mast). The included mast clamp allows either horizontal or vertical mounting.
The elements of the antenna are individually removable, which facilitates transport and storage, for example, for frequent, temporary use.
Application description 450Y-8RE
Yagi antennas with gain of 11 dBi are suitable for illumination of more distant areas, or for point-to-point communication over longer distances. Line-of-sight is not necessarily required, as UHF waves are well reflected by buildings and diffracted by terrain formations.
The high gain allows the use of longer antenna cables. We will be happy to advise you on the selection.
