Technical description
Yagi antennas are the most common form of directional antennas. They are robust and easy to set up, offer a good bandwidth with good gain at the same time. The Antennas Amplifiers Yagis are equipped with N-sockets and are mounted at the end. The mast clamp allows vertical or horizontal mounting.
These antennas were specially designed and optimised by the manufacturer for the 450 MHz range.
Application description
Yagi antennas with a gain of 10 or 12 dBi are suitable for illuminating more distant areas or for point-to-point communication over longer distances. Line-of-sight is not necessarily required, as UHF waves are well reflected by buildings and diffracted by terrain formations.
The high gain allows the use of longer antenna cables. We will be happy to advise you on the selection.
