The Amplitec coax switches of the digital SW-3000 series are available in versions with 4, 6 or 8 switchable outputs, which can be selected conveniently and comfortably from the PC (USB) or manually via the remote control unit. The coax switches can be used across the entire frequency spectrum from 100 kHz to 30 MHz, as well as at 50 MHz and 70 MHz.
An easy-to-read 7-segment LED display provides information about the currently switched output at all times.
The antenna cable and the coax cable to the station are brought together at the actual "switch". This separate box can be stored away from the work area, e.g. in the loft or in an adjoining room. This significantly reduces cable clutter in the shack. The controller and switch are connected to each other using a control cable of any length (not included). 9-pin Sub-D sockets are available on both housings for this purpose; the plugs required for this are supplied.
The power supply of 12 V DC is supplied directly via the hollow pin socket on the control unit; a suitable power cable is also included in the scope of delivery.
Maximum transmission power:
- 100 kHz - 30 MHz: 3000 watts
- 50 MHz: 2000 watts
- 70 MHz: 1000 watts
