The Dualband-Yagi 6m2m16DX-2C manufactured by Antennas Amplifiers is a high-performance choice for ambitious radio amateurs who want to do DXing, competitions and EME communication on the 6m and 2m bands. With two independent connectors, the antenna offers flexible use: the 6m band connector allows you to transmit and receive signals in the 50-50.5MHz range with a gain of 11.4dBi, while the 2m band covers 144-145MHz with a gain of 13.7dBi. The well-thought-out placement of the elements above and below the boom optimizes signal quality and minimizes mutual interference.

A special feature of this antenna are the two integrated baluns, each with an N-connector for each band. These baluns ensure optimal matching and effectively reduce unwanted interference and losses through the integrated sheath current filter. The low SWR of less than 1.2 on both bands ensures stable signal transmission, even at high transmission power levels of up to 1500 W. The antenna is already tuned “ex works” and does not require any readjustment by the user. 

The robust boom, made of stepped aluminum profiles, with the included guying, can withstand wind speeds of up to 150 km/h (93 mph). Thanks to high-quality stainless steel fasteners and a universal mast adapter, the antenna can be mounted on masts with a diameter of 43 to 70 mm, making it a durable and versatile solution for demanding amateur radio applications.
