Chameleon RX Loop Pro 50kHz-30MHz

The Chameleon RX Loop PRO is a newly designed high performance receive antenna for the frequency range of 50 khz - 30 MHz, which can be used permanently on an outdoor mast or camera tripod. The wide reception spectrum is ideal for Software Defined Radios (SDRs), panadapters, shortwave listeners (SWLs), and anyone who needs a small, low-noise antenna for reception purposes.

Loop antennas are very low noise and highly directional. With its built-in preamplifier, the Chameleon RX Loop PRO provides clearer reception than many large horizontal wire or vertical antennas. All frequencies between 50.0 KHz and 30.0 MHz are continuously covered.

Power is supplied via a "Bias-T", i.e. a remote feed crossover, which is looped into the antenna line.

A coaxial cable with BNC connectors is required to connect the Bias-T to the loop antenna. We also offer the RX Loop Pro as a set with ready-to-use H-155 coaxial cable (length 10 m) and BNC connectors.
