The portable Chelegance MC-599 multiband antenna offers first-class technology for passionate radio amateurs. The two telescopic elements of the MC-599, each with an impressive length of 5.60 m, are provided with markings for 14, 18, 21, 24 and 28 MHz to facilitate tuning to the desired band. These precise markings allow for quick and easy tuning, so you can easily select the desired frequency band for yours. There is no need to use a tuner if the antenna is correctly tuned.

The antenna is made of robust, weather-resistant material, which ensures a long service life and reliable operation. The balun is made of aluminum and has an M14 thread at the base, as well as M10 threads for attaching the telescopes. These precisely tunable elements ensure optimum resonance, resulting in good signal quality. The MC-599 is quick and easy to set up and is ideal for portable use.

In the 40m band, the antenna works as an "inverted-V" using the two antenna wires, which are braced downwards at the sides. If you only want to work on 7 MHz, the antenna telescopes for the higher bands can remain inserted.

Thanks to a maximum power handling capacity of up to 200 watts in SSB (100 watts in FT-8 and CW), most modern transceivers can fully utilize their power and you are not limited to pure QRP operation.

The simple installation enables quick commissioning, and the robust design ensures reliable performance in various weather conditions. The included carrying bag, which is only approx. 58 cm long, provides a convenient solution for storing all components of the antenna. Ideal for transportation and storage, the bag allows the antenna and its parts to be stored safely when not in use.
