The feed point of the popular 4-, 5- and 6-band vertical antennas of the Hustler BTV series are designed as screw terminals ex works. Tools are therefore required to connect or disconnect the coaxial cable from the antenna.
With this innovative upgrade, DX Engineering offers a practical and convenient solution that allows a coax cable with PL plug to be connected directly to the antenna. This saves time during installation, removal, maintenance of the antenna and replacement of the antenna cable, as tools are no longer required.
The bracket, which holds the high-quality SO-239 connector, is made of robust, corrosion-resistant stainless steel and can be attached to the antenna base in 3 different positions using the existing holes.
The connections are insulated and weatherproof to ensure reliable communication over the long term.
