This weatherproof enclosure from DX Engineering is the ideal solution for outdoor mounting of lightning protection components; safe, space-saving and clear.
Consisting of an enclosure and grounding plate, the kit is suitable for flange-mounted or bracket-mounted coaxial protection devices, allowing connections to run parallel to the grounding plate.
The enclosure and cable gland seals are made of flame retardant and UV stabilized materials and are resistant to weathering, pollution, chemical fertilizers and insecticides. The exterior of the enclosure can be painted with latex or oil-based paints to match the environment if required.
There are 11 connection openings on the bottom, which can be used for coaxial cables, control cables, etc., for example. All openings are sealed with a weatherproof foam insert. Additional housing openings can be drilled by the user if required.
The aluminum mounting plate is equipped with pre-drilled mounting holes.
The generously dimensioned internal space of 292 x 279 x 79 mm thus allows several components to be installed together in a single housing.
The external dimension is 330 x 356 x 102 mm.
