The EAntenna DUOSAT is a dual-band antenna for VHF and UHF for communication via satellite. Weighing only 800 grams, you can operate all low-earth orbit satellites (LEOs).
It has 3 LFA elements for VHF and 5 LFA elements for UHF. The Duosat therefore benefits from the typical properties guaranteed by a closed-loop LFA antenna: Wide bandwidth and minimal noise level. Another special feature is that an LFA has an impedance of 50 ohms at the coaxial output, so no type of impedance matching that reduces the performance of the antenna is required.
This portable duoband directional antenna is available in 2 versions:
- With dup lexer: The antenna is to be fed with only one coax cable, for example when used with a suitable handheld radio (only one antenna connection available)
- Without duplexer: The antenna has a separate connection for VHF and UHF, ideal for use with radios equipped with separate antenna outputs.
