  1. Are older devices also repaired?

    Yes and no. We repair all devices we place on the market as long as spare parts are available. In case of doubt, we will find a suitable solution with the customer.

  2. I received an RMA number - what is that?

    The RMA (return merchandise authorization) number is a number that you received because you wanted to return an item for reproduction or repair. Please include this in a letter in the package when you send it so that we can assign your package to your return shipment.

To enable quick communication, please provide us with the customer number and the invoice number of the purchase receipt. We also ask for a precise description of the error. Didn't buy your device from us? Due to the high workload of repairs, we are unfortunately unable to repair devices that were not purchased from us.
