  1. How can I order a partial delivery of my order?

    If you would like to request a partial delivery, please contact us before delivery or write a comment during the ordering process so that we can coordinate the desired shipping method with you.

  2. Do I have to pay shipping costs twice for a partial delivery?

    In most cases, you only have to pay shipping costs once for a partial delivery. We can offer this service to customers in Germany and the EU. An exception here are always freight forwarding shipments or bulky goods in general.

    If you return the item according to FernAbsG, we will provide you with a return label. In these cases, please contact us by phone or email.

  4. What do I have to do if I want to return goods?

    The legally granted right of withdrawal allows consumers to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The return shipping costs must be borne by the consumer. Please note that every item must be returned in its original condition. This means that the item must be in the same condition in which you received it from WiMo - complete with all accessories and original packaging. It is advantageous to request an RMA number from WiMo before returning and to include this in the return. More information can be found in our terms and conditions.

  5. Is it possible to get express deliveries for a surcharge?

    There is no general offer for express delivery. In individual cases we can offer express delivery for an additional charge.

  6. Has my order already been shipped?

    As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a notification by email. If you have not received it yet, this means that your order is still in our warehouse and will be shipped soon.

  7. How long does shipping take?

    Once your order has been received, it will normally be dispatched within 1-2 working days. If the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email and, depending on the carrier you have chosen, it will take 1-5 working days for delivery within Germany. For deliveries outside Germany, this may take longer.

  8. My tracking link is not working. What can I do?

    If you have problems tracking your shipment, please contact our customer support at [email protected]. We will then send you a tracking number with which you can track your package on the respective sender's website.
