    In principle, we do not offer the sale of spare parts. In rare individual cases, we can request specific spare parts from the manufacturers.

    No. We have not encountered a case in several decades in which a manufacturer has rejected a warranty claim after a frequency extension carried out by us.

    It is possible to order by telephone, but for new customers it is more advantageous to place the order by email. This way, errors in address data can be avoided.

    If you have any inquiries about your order, you should have your customer number and, if applicable, your order number ready. If in doubt, we can also find your data using your email and delivery address.

  5. Are transceivers always supplied with the latest firmware?

    Typically, transceivers are always delivered with the latest firmware. In individual cases it may happen that new firmware appears during delivery to our warehouse or to the customer. In these cases we will not update the firmware.

    Yes, it is currently possible to purchase an order on account. However, payment by invoice is only possible if the customer is creditworthy and, depending on the personal score factor, up to a goods order value of a maximum of EUR 2000.     Any customer in other European countries who has a valid VAT ID can buy without VAT. Of course, we also deliver to third countries without VAT. When shipping within Germany you have to pay 19% VAT, even if you have a VAT number abroad or come from a third country.
