Questions & Answers
What does the output stage do?
The power amplifier amplifies the HF signal (high frequency signal) before it is transmitted via the antenna. This allows transmission power to be increased, improving range and signal strength and enabling communication to be maintained over longer distances or under difficult conditions. However, it is important to observe the legal regulations regarding maximum permissible transmission powers.
