The Icom IP1000C is a central component of the RoIP (Radio over IP) network and enables the use of up to 100 registered end devices. In addition to the Icom WLAN transceivers IP110H and IP100H, this also includes the remote software IP100FS.
Connected to a PC or laptop, setting up the system and registering the radio devices is easy and convenient. Simplex (two-way communication) or full duplex (two-way communication, comparable to a telephone call) can be specified as communication methods. Maximum effectiveness and productivity is achieved by supporting different call types:
- Individual Call
- Group/Talkgroup Call (group call)
- All Call (broadcast call to all subscribers)
- Priority Call
- Area Call
The notification function makes it possible to define up to 10 predefined status messages and 10 text messages with a maximum of 32 characters each. These can be called up and sent at the touch of a button on the radio.
