PNI S9 CB Stainless Steel Radiator 120cm, 600W, DV

The PNI S9 is a versatile CB mobile antenna. 

The 120 cm long radiator is an ideal compromise in terms of "length to power" ratio. Speaking of power: According to the manufacturer, a continuous load of 600 watts is possible!

The DV connector at the bottom of the S9 allows the antenna to be mounted at an angle on a suitable antenna base. Here, for example, separately available magnetic feet in a suitable size, feet for permanent fixed installation or clamping solutions can be used. 

Regardless of which mounting variant you choose: The design principle of the DV connector always allows the antenna to be adjusted in its inclination or to be flipped over completely, for example if a parking garage is to be entered. To do this, simply loosen the wing nut slightly and set the desired angle. Removal of the radiator is just as easy, ensuring optimum protection against theft and vandalism.

The standing wave (SWR) should be calibrated with a suitable measuring device before commissioning. For this purpose, the stainless steel antenna rod is pushed in or pulled out and fixed with an Allen screw.

Only with an optimally tuned antenna can you achieve the full performance of the antenna and avoid possible damage to the radio.
