Technical description MICRO

The POLMAR MICRO is an analog handheld radio for the internationally approved PMR446 range. The MICRO operates on 8 different frequencies in the range of 446.00625 - 446.09375 MHz with a transmit power of 0.5 Watt, sufficient for group communication over distances up to several kilometers (depending on terrain and own location).

In addition to 8 "normal" channels, 8 CTCSS channels are also available, thus avoiding interference from other users on the same frequency. These are shown in the display with channel numbers from 1 - 16.

Application description MICRO

Whether traveling, on a trip with friends or in everyday work life: The registration and toll-free POLMAR MICRO PMR446 handheld radios find space in any pocket thanks to their extremely compact dimensions of only 118 x 35 x 20 mm (including antenna). Each device weighs only 70 grams.

Operation is child's play: switch on the device, select the channel, set the volume, talk. No further settings need to be made.

The easy-to-read LC display informs the user about the currently set channel and the status of the integrated 3.7 V Li-ion battery with a capacity of 1200 mAh. This can also be charged on the go via the micro USB port, e.g. with the help of a power bank. Using the included power adapter and the USB cable with 2 connectors, both devices can even be charged at the same time.

A belt clip and a practical lanyard are included for quick access to the device.
