The President Bill II Vox is a compact and versatile CB radio that is characterized by its small dimensions and extensive features. Measuring just 10.0 x 10.2 cm, it fits easily into many vehicles and still offers an impressive range of functions. Compared to other mini devices, it has a 6-pin microphone socket and a detailed LC display that not only shows the channel and frequency display, but can also be illuminated in seven different colors. This combination makes the device particularly user-friendly and adaptable.

The integrated President ASC technology provides automatic squelch, which makes operation considerably easier, especially with changing signal strengths. The device is also compatible with the President Liberty microphone, which offers additional flexibility in use. Operation is intuitive, supported by a cleverly placed channel selection rocker (here the top and bottom edges of the display are used as up/down switches) and easily accessible buttons on the edges of the housing. A dual control allows easy adjustment of volume and squelch without having to go through complicated menus.

The modulation impresses with its clear and natural reproduction, with both FM and AM delivering a powerful and easy-to-understand sound. Despite the compact design, the built-in speaker does a solid job and is not overwhelmed even at higher volumes. Alternatively, an external loudspeaker can be connected via the 3.5 mm socket.

The Bill II is supplied with a permanently connected cable with a cigarette lighter plug (12 volts) and has a practical USB charging socket for additional devices such as cell phones. In addition, it offers an integrated vox function that can be customized, as well as a variety of other useful functions such as an ANL filter, noise blanker and HI-Cut to optimize sound quality.
