The basis was initially the open source 'PowerSDR' concept, which was developed by the world's leading radio amateurs. Based on this, the hardware platform as well as the software was further developed and today forms the product range of one of the leading manufacturers for this class of radios. In addition to the excellent RF characteristics, the simple commissioning and setup of the radios plays an important role in the development.
