Buddipole, Rotating Arm Kit

The "Rotating Arm Kit" is used together with the "Versa-T" centre section, which is included with the Buddipole. It allows the dipole halves to be mounted sideways. The pins in the RAK allow the radiators to be locked at almost any angle, for example to form a "V" or "L" shape of the dipole.

These different arrangements influence the radiation angle of the antenna. Thus, with the Buddipole dipole parts and the RAK, one can easily build an antenna with strong steep radiation for local communications, or a stretched dipole for flatter radiation (depending on the height above ground).
