VP8PJ South Orkney DX-pedition sponsored by WiMo
WiMo is proud sponsor of the DX-pedition to South Orkney Islands, callsign VP8PJ.
We have donated two EAntenna shortwave Moxon beams for use on the classical (10, 15, 20m) bands as well two further Moxon HF Beams for use on 12 and 17m.
Due to their heavy duty construction, these antennas are particularly well suited for the harsh environmental conditions near the antarctic ocean. We are looking forward to contact the goup on all bands in February 2020 and wish the entire team a safe journey and good luck at South Orkney!
The VP8PJ DXpedition is planned for the period from 20 February to 5 March 2020.
