Solid industrial antenna for bith Wifi bands 2.4 and 5 GHz, with 4 AntennasystemsThe WLAN-61 MIMO antenna offers everything what modern industrial applications require - dualband operation on 2.4 and 5 GHz simultaneously, plus the connectivity for four antenna in one cenclosure. This enables Wifi communication using the 802.11n or 802.11ac standards with four spatial streams, because each of the four internal antennas has a different polarisation. Of course you can also use routers our accesspints with fewer transceivers, but then you wont have the full benefits of MIMO. MIMO technology with multiple streams (802.11n, 802.11ac) offers two outstanding benefits: faster data transmission and better stability of a connection.The WLAN-61 antenna offers four SMA connectors accessible on the inside. The cables are fed thrugh the cable gland on the bottom. This eliminates an external connector and the need to protect it against humidity. Included in shipment is a robust tilt/swivel mount for wall or pole installation. The enclosure is made from thick walled ABS, which makes this antenna also suitable for containated environments.The beam width angle of the antenna is approx. 60° for 2.4 GHz and 34° for 5 GHz. This makes the WLAN-61 well suited for the illumination of large areas like workfloors, loading bays, yards, halls, offices and consruction sites, indoor and outdoor. With the ability to feed two frequency bands at the same time and the capability to connect 4 streams, a large number of cients can bei supplied with a reliable data connection.
