Order History

 

A new functionality has recently made its way into our internet store.

With the order history all customers can now view and track all of their previous orders with ease. The only thing you need is an account on WiMo.com and you can access the history with only a few clicks. To open it first click on the "Account" button found on the top right corner of your screen and navigate to the "My Orders" tab. Here you can find all of the orders that you have made with this particular account arranged in a list. Aside from the exact date the order was placed and the total amount paid in Euros you can also find you order number - a code that is important for us to be able to help you with our customer service, if you have any further questions. Furthermore it is possible to track your order here, should you want to find out the exact stage of delivery your package is currently in.

 

It is possible to view the details for any of your orders here as well. Upon clicking on "order details", you can view all the information that was presented to you on checkout to this particular order: The respective items with an option to purchase them again, a table detailing the exact distribution of costs, your adresses, as well as your chosen payment and shipping methods.

 

You don't have a WiMo account? Then simply create one following these simple steps and make use of all the useful features that come along with it! Just navigate to the aforementioned "Account" tab and click on "Create an Account". The only thing you need is a working e-mail adress and after only one additional step you will have created your account free of charge.
